Add Loyalty Discount to Ticket on SkyTab

Use this guide to learn how to apply a Discount to a Ticket using SkyTab.  The rest of this guide assumes that a ticket is already created.

Select Ticket on SkyTab

  1. Enter the PIN on your SkyTab device and press the check mark.
  2. Select the Ticket that needs to be discounted by pressing the circle next to it.

Select Loyalty

Press the three dots as seen at the top or bottom of the screen.  Select Loyalty from the pop-up.

Enter Phone Number When Prompted

Enter a phone number in the provided field, then press Continue.

Choose the Correct Discount

Select the appropriate discount and press Save Loyalty.

The discounts on the example screen do not reflect discounts at your store.

Close Ticket

The discount has now been added to the ticket, tender/close ticket as normal.
You can verify that the ticket has the phone number added by the Loyalty icon shown on the ticket.
