Recalling Tickets to a KDS Station
Recalling Tickets to a KDS Station
On the KDS station, tap on the Recall button in the lower left part of the screen.
Select Ticket to Recall
Tap on the ticket you wish to recall, then tap on the green button in the lower portion of the ticket to recall it.
Return to Tickets Screen
Tap on the Group button to return to the tickets screen, where your recalled ticket will now be shown.
