Reprinting a Check
Step 1
Log into the POS and click “cancel” to see the ticket grid.
Step 2
On the ticket grid, navigate to the “completed” tab.
Step 3
Search for the check you need by using identifiers such as order number, card number, or name.
Step 4
Highlight the correct ticket by selecting it and then select "print."
Step 5
Select the type of receipt you would like.
