Accessing Send Ticket Options in SkyTab POS

When the SEND button is pressed and held, POS users will be presented with three options:


    1. Send & Stay - Sends existing Ticket Items and stays within the current open ticket. 
    1. Send & Continue - Sends Ticket and Exits to Ticket Grid view. This is the current default behavior of the SEND button in the POS.
    1. Send & Logout - Sends Ticket and logs the current user out of the POS.


Use Cases:

  1. Send & Stay is most commonly used when an employee wants to send part of an order, such as an appetizer, back to the kitchen to be prepared while the rest of the order is collected and entered.
  2. Send & Continue is normally used when the order has been taken and is ready to be prepared by the kitchen.
  3. Send & Logout is most commonly used on shared stations. It is used to prevent another user from creating a new ticket with the wrong login.
