Void an Item From a Ticket on SkyTab POS


Void an Item From a Ticket on SkyTab POS


Open the Ticket

You will require permission to void items to complete this procedure. If you do not have this permission, you may need your manager's help to complete this task.

From the Orders > Open tab, double-tap the ticket you need to remove the item from to open it, or tap the ticket and press Open Ticket.


Select Item and Remove

Tap on the item to remove, and press Remove Item.


Enter a Reason for the Void

Select a reason for the void from the Void Item list, then press Void.

The ticket will be reprinted when items are voided.

If you receive an Override Pin popup instead of the Void Item list, you do not have permission to void items.
