Adjusting Time Punches on SkyTab POS
Navigate to Timeclock
You will need manager or special permissions to complete this task.
This task will take approximately 2 minutes to complete.
Using your manager login, navigate to Manager > Timeclock.
Select an employee from the list on the left to show the employee's shifts.
Use the Starting Date & Time and Ending Date & Time fields to locate the shift which needs to be adjusted. SkyTab POS will query for the shifts within the range once it is set.
Select the shift from the list, then use the time fields next the employee's name to adjust the punches.
If you are closing an open shift, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to clock the employee out, as shown in the first screen example.
SkyTab POS will not clock out employees with tickets assigned to them, so you will need to transfer any open tickets before you can finish adjusting the shift. These steps are shown in the second and third example screens.
Use the fields provided to adjust the time with the calendar picker, then press Save.
Tap the Save button to save the corrected shift.
