Enable Prompt for Guest Count in SkyTab POS


Prompt for Guest Count

The Prompt for Guest Count Setting streamlines the process of making certain a guest count is entered for certain order types.

When Prompt for Guest Count is enabled, employees are prompted for a guest count when:

  1. A new ticket is created with the selected order type
  2. ​The order type is changed to an order type with this setting enabled

Enabling the Setting

To enable this setting, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Manager > Settings > Orders.
  2. Select the order type from the list on the left.
  3. Enable on the Prompt for Guest Count toggle to enable the setting.
  4. Tap Save when you are finished.
