Set up Guest Count Settings in SkyTab KDS
Description: The Guest Count display options in SkyTab KDS are designed to help you better understand your kitchen operations by displaying covers (guests) in different ways, depending on your needs.
- Tap the gear icon in the lower left of the screen on the KDS to open the Settings screen.

- From within the Settings screen, select Guest Count.

- Using the toggles next to each option, choose which Guest Count options you want to display:
- Show as KPI provides you with a count of all guests you have served and have paid tickets.
- Show in All Day View displays active guests whose meals are being prepared.
- Show in Ticket Header shows guests on each ticket, which is helpful in determining errors in orders if there is too much or not enough food for all the guests on the ticket.
You can use the KPI and All Day options to help you predict how many more guests you can expect. For example, if you typically serve 200 guests for dinner and your KPI shows 125 and your All Day shows 50, you could expect 25 more guests.

- After you have made changes to your Guest Count settings, tap on Save in the bottom right corner of the SkyTab KDS screen.
