Reloading a Gift Card


Reloading a Gift Card

Begin by tapping on the Gift Card button as shown.

Press Reload Gift Card.

Enter Amount, Swipe and Reload

Enter an amount to add to the gift card in the provided field.

Scan the QR Code on the card or swipe the gift card, then tap Reload.    

Error Reloading Gift card

Permissions: This resolution requires no special permissions in SkyTab.

Timing: This task will take approximately one (1) minute to complete.

Reswipe Card

Try attempting to swipe the gift card again.

Type in the card number manually

  1. Press OK to dismiss the error dialog.
  2. Tap on the field to manually enter the gift card number.
  3. Press Reload.
