FOLOS Marketplace Installation Guide
Please follow the steps below to install the FOLOS Marketplace integration.
Note: For POSitouch, Future POS, or Restaurant Manager merchants, all communication and data syncs need to be in place between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager. For assistance, please contact the Shift4 Support team.
Installing the FOLOS Marketplace Application
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select FOLOS. Click View Details to access the FOLOS application page.

- Click Install.
(Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade,” you must click that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation.)
- The installation will begin. Once redirected to the FOLOS integration screen, click Allow to continue the installation process.

- On the next screen, click Finalize Installation

- Once the installation is finished, you will receive a message stating that FOLOS will be in contact to finalize your setup.
- Once setup is complete, you will see a green checkmark on the application page, indicating a successful installation. You will also see FOLOS listed in the left navigation sidebar. Following completion, you also have the ability to manage your account, and can uninstall the application at any time.
- Now that you have an online ordering application installed, you can access the Menu Manager within Marketplace on the left-side navigation bar.
The Menu Manager is where you will be able to create and publish your online menu, which includes adding menu items and setting appropriate business hours. You can click here for additional instructions on setting up your Menu Manager.
- The final step is to ensure that you are set up to process payments. You should request a payment processing authorization token to finalize the FOLOS app installation by contacting Shift4 support via Live Chat (shift4.com/support) or by calling 888.276.2108.
